The Nose Snitch & The Nose Line – Cody making a big scene yelling at 11PM on my front porch. This incident came after I discovered Cody stealing money and cigarettes from me. He continues to make a scene and yell about meth unless I allow him back into the house. “It’s a scam of a scheme of a setup or a cover up.” He has a lot of edited and hacked photos related to child porn that the “voices” told him about. 04/14/2023

All the speakers in the walls of your house make me look like a fool. This night was the first night Cody started talking about child porn. He acknowledges that it was “them” who said it, meaning the “voices told him.” I also confirm that we have not been together and are not “boyfriends.” 04/14/2023

Cody was being violent and shoved me after getting in my face, so when he went outside to smoke a cigarette, I shut and locked the door for my own safety and started recording what he was doing since he had tried to kick the front door in numerous times already. I was covering my own butt in case the police needed to come.

Cody coming undone in the bathroom at 3AM screaming at the top of his lungs with the window open trying to disturb my neighbors. This was a common occurrence happening at least every other night, if not every night most days. He insisted my neighbors were all part of the conspiracy as well.

Cody smoking meth and immediately trying to blame me.

Cody breaks into my house from the garage window. I called the police who showed up and removed him at gunpoint. He was cocky to the cop holding the gun and argued with him at first. I interjected and told Cody to shut up and do what he was told because this wasn’t a joke and he’d get shot if he tried anything dumb. He eventually came to his senses and followed instructions. He was removed from the property and issued a no trespass warning.

Here is a prime example of Cody being as fake and manipulative as he can be. You can clearly see him recording me when I sit down and start recording him. He knows this and that is the reason he acts the way he does. None of it was genuine. Before, and as soon as I was done recording, he was his normal self with accusations and threats of putting me in prison with all of the “voices” for harassing him.

I was preparing to go to a loan signing in my office in the house when Cody again got in my face screaming, threatening, and then hit me once and fled out back to my camper where he did not have permission to be. After he hit me, I grabbed my taser for protection and went to the camper. This again is very typical Cody on any given day. You can see how it unfolded.

This is from Murfreesboro in July 2023. Cody was at Threshhold Recovery in a sober living environment and I rented an apartment for a month since he was 2 hours from anyone he knew and he felt out of place. A month would have been enough time for a familiar face to be there while he got settled in with a group of friends to help him. This was one of the rare moments where he acted like a person and treated me like a human being.

This was January 17, 2024, while in Oasis Rehab and on Probation. This was also the day I was going to rehab and Cody was driving me there for 5PM. As soon as he got to my house, this was the first thing he did. But this was GHB – specifically chosen as there is no drug test that shows it and there would be no proof he did it. Sobriety, right……. Loophole, absolutely…….

This was a mutually agreed upon recording, as you can hear me say and Cody verbally agree to in the video. This was in Murfreesboro as well. This day Cody snuck into the bathroom while I was taking a nap, and shot up. I had no idea what he had done until I got up to go pee and he was coming into the bedroom to fuck. Later that afternoon, we created Grindr profiles to find a person to join us, together, not separate. Only later did I get copies of a message he was sending to a friend of mine that happened to be passing thru at that time. Cody was going to leave a 12 step meeting early to try to meet up and fuck my buddy. Cody denied ever saying that and refused to acknowledge it ever happened.

Here again was an example of Cody manipulating me into getting high and using sex as the lure. This had been the case for a long time. It was referred to by us as “point and fuck.” Supposedly it quieted the “voices” for him and gave us both a release we needed. This is the weapon cody used with me everyday that I fell into…..sex. This is how I came to understand that my worth and value extended as far as the dope had legs.

This is typical of every single day. However, this was about 30 minutes before Cody was arrested on 4 felony warrants for breaking and entering, theft, domestic assault and burglary. Earlier, he had taken something from the joint bag of dope we had and wrapped it in paper and stuck it in his waistband. Cody is the one who called police initially to report harassment (that wasn’t actually real), and when the cops got there 5 deep, he was put into cuffs and searched, at which time they found the drugs. This is the entire reason Cody was placed on Probation. He successfully manipulated, coerced and threatened me to drop the charges against him for all of the charges he had warrants for, but he was stuck with the drug charge.

I was on my motorcycle with Simbah running behind me around the block as I did every night with the dogs. Cody grabbed his stuff and walked out of the house because of the “voices” again. I had stopped for a minute to readjust myself on the bike, and Cody was coming down the street and said I was following him. You can clearly see that he was the one coming at me. He picked up a piece of PVC pipe and came at me. He ended up hitting me with it as hard as he could when I was on the bike without the ability to defend myself.
